Description:I have been on a mass gain for a year then decided to cut down three months ago, so my abs are showing and i have got good muscle definition but it looks like i lost alot of mass on my biceps. I would like to know if there is a way to build up my biceps without gaining weight anywhere else. I know that you have to have a caloric surplus to gain any form of mass so how do I make sure that most of it goes to my biceps and not my gut, or chest. My thighs grow really fast even without any exercise. Is there any sort of special calorie ratio that i can use just for my arms.
